June Warroom Prayers
June’s Warroom Prayers
God, let me remmeber today that I was not made to look, act, or think like the world. I was made in your image, set-apart to bring you glory. I am asking you to shift my heart and mind from any lies I've been believing lately - turn me from the temporary, worldly things that don't actually satisfy me - and let me look to you.
God, help me to not see my body as a project, but as a living temple. The enemy keeps me distracted by focusing on myself, on what I feel I'm not - taking my eyes off my mission/calling. Help me to believe that my worthiness doesn't change day to day. When I feel not enough, remind me that I'm made in your image (Genesis 1:27). When I feel like I would be happier if I looked better, help me to remember that your love is the only thing that truly satisfies.
God, I know that my negative feels don't come from you (2 Timothy 1:7), so I will not put up with them. The lies of the enemy are loud, but your truth is greater. I will speak words of life - over not only others, but also myself (Proverbs 12:14).
Help me to remember your truth's. Help me to remember that you are faithful, and you'll complete the good work you have begun in me (Phil. 1:6). I will not be afraid or discouraged because you go before me, and are always with me (Deuteronomy 31:8).
